Join Chef Holly Brown, Owner at Siren Song, and Executive Chef of Holly’s Vineyard Kitchen for this festive cooking class at the Siren Song Winery Restaurant on the south shore of Lake Chelan. 635 South Lakeshore Road, Chelan.
If you’re a baker or want to be, this is the class for you. You’ll learn to make a variety of French macaron cookie flavors and fillings. You’ll also discover how to prepare Holly’s popular Chocolate Cherry Cordials and Balsamic Glazed Pecans. You’ll take home your hand crafted treats to share with friends and family.
