Winterfest 2023 Sparkling & Oyster Pairing

Join us on Saturday, January 14th from 12-5pm and be among the first to try our 2021 Sparkling Block ’98 Cuvee – a wine made in the Méthode Champenoise style from our Estate Block ’98 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Vineyards. This wine is in super limited release and won’t usually be available for tastes or glass pours in the tasting room, but we love to make an exception every year for this event! We’ll be pairing a glass of bubbles with three fresh, raw oysters from Taylor Shellfish for just $25. Reservations and advanced purchase are required and this event sells out, so act quickly!
