Siren Song Winery and Restaurant

Our food and wine pairing for Taste Chelan features 3 Syrahs from our Ancient Stones Vineyard Estate Vineyard. We're comparing vintages and single blocks of the same varietal in the same vineyard paired with delicious chef-crafted bites:
2018 Grand Cru Syrah ASV - Connor's Block: Paired with Molasses Cured Pork Belly with micro radish greens
2020 Grand Cru Syrah ASV - Holly's block: Paired with smoked Miyataki mushroom with a brown butter tarragon sauce garnished with bean sprouts
2018 Grand Cru Syrah ASV - Parker's block: Paired with red wine poached pear with cream caramel
Tsillan Cellars + Sorrento's Ristorante

Savor a marble rye toast point, layered with a luscious caper-dill cream cheese, Lox, and tangy pickled red onion. This dish is perfectly complemented by our award-winning 2022 Bellissima Rossa. With its enchanting notes of vanilla bean, blackberry, and vibrant red currants, this wine enhances every nuance of the dish, creating a harmonious and unforgettable tasting experience.

Join us in Callan Cellar’s historic Stone Cottage for a Taste of Tuscany in Chelan! Featuring our 2021 Sangiovese paired with a decadent 4 cheese lasagna with Boston Mike’s famous spicy meat sauce from The Landing. Our Sangiovese is New World Super Tuscan crafted by Lisa Callan, 2024 Washington Winemaker of the Year! This wine is a crowd pleaser with zippy acid and notes of pie cherries, red currant, raspberry and dried herbs showcasing grapes sourced form Boushey and Quintessence Vineyards.
Rocky Pond Estate Winery

Savor this: smoky, charred flavors of a perfectly seasoned carne asada infused with fresh herbs and tangy bite of lime, prepared with care by Chef Damian Gil. The carne asada pairs with lush layers of blackcurrant, plum, oak spice, and subtle herbaceous notes of the 2022 11 Dams Red blend. This pairing turns taco night into a gourmet experience – bold, balanced and downright irresistible.

Join us at Silver Bell Winery as we celebrate Taste Chelan and Washington Wine Month with the highly anticipated release of our 2024 Essence, a beautifully balanced blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
Enjoy an extraordinary tasting experience featuring Salmon Lox Canapés crafted in three delightful styles.

Join Succession Wines and Campbell's Resort for Taste Chelan! Savor the perfect pairing of our Wood-Fired Mini Pizza Bite with our Pinot Noir. Crafted in a wood fire oven, the pizza bite features a crispy crust topped with rich pesto, creamy goat cheese, and sweet apricot jam.

Vibe Cellars + Acre & Bay Eatery

Indulge in the ultimate dessert and wine experience with Acre and Bay’s signature Tiramisu, a treat of espresso-soaked ladyfingers layered with velvety mascarpone cream and finished with a delicate dusting of rich cocoa powder.
