A Little About Us:

Dave & Dana Smith opened their boutique tasting room in August of 2021, located in the industrial area of beautiful Lake Chelan.  Dana began her wine journey working for a local winery and soon fell in love with every part of the industry.  She tried convincing Dave that opening a small, boutique winery would be a great opportunity to learn and share our love of wines with others, however Dave wasn’t initially convinced.  But after a wine tasting trip to Walla Walla with Dana, he agreed and Corral Creek Cellars, aka: C3 was born!  Dana completed the Enology program at WSU and is the winemaker.

Our wines are an expression of what we love.  Our passion for both French & Italian varietals make up our Big, Bold, Red Blends sourced exclusively from the highly sought after Red Mountain AVA along with 2 Provence style, dry Rose’s, one sourced from the Columbia Valley AVA and the other from the Lake Chelan AVA.
