G’day! I’m Paul Taylor, your friendly neighborhood wine and pizza guy at Navarre Coulee Vineyards. Originally from the sun-kissed beaches of Port Macquarie, Australia, I landed in the breathtaking Lake Chelan Valley in 2014 with a dream and a vineyard to tend.

As the hands-on owner, winemaker, and farmer of a vibrant 4-acre vineyard planted back in 2002, I’m all about bringing a touch of Aussie zest to Washington. I believe in the simple magic of wine – made patiently, enjoyed thoroughly. But here’s a little secret: I’ve also accidentally become a bit of a pizza legend.

Yep, you heard that right. While I’d rather be known for my wines, I’ve become somewhat famous for our Wednesday night Pizza Nights, especially among the locals. We were the first in the valley to introduce the now-infamous Pickle Pizza, and if you ask me, ours is hands-down the best. Though they’ve started calling me Pizza Paul around town, I’m still all about the wine, I promise!

Our tasting room in downtown Manson is where the magic happens – a laid-back spot where you can hang with me and my two boxer pups, Nefarious and Rose, and enjoy the good things in life. Whether it’s sipping wine by the fireside on our cozy outdoor patio in winter or grooving to live music in summer, we’ve got the vibes sorted.
