This amazing 6-course winemaker’s dinner features fantastic fall inspired flavors as well as Siren Song library wines and hand-crafted cocktail pairings with each course. This is the not to be missed dining event of the harvest season! Tickets are limited – get yours today.
Menu:

– Welcome cocktail Lillet and Siren Song Sparkling Wine Spritz

– Grape Leaf Beef Tartar- Filet of Beef Tartar, Dijon, roasted beets, shallots, and chive wrapped in grape leaves with smoking herbs served table side. Paired with Red Beet Infused Gin Negroni.

– Cured Duck Breast – Seared foie gras, fig brûlée, shallot agrodolce. Paired with Fig Daiquiri.

– Fall Ravioli – Caramelized onion gruyere and spinach tucked in of butternut squash ravioli, served with wild mushrooms, chestnut and sage cream, infused mushroom butter. Paired with 2012 Santa Rita Hills 100% Pinot Noir Library Wine.

– Roasted Pork Belly Pistachio Turkish dukkah (nut blend), roasted grapes, purple cauliflower rice, crispy brussels leaves, roasted fennel foam. Paired with 2013 Contessa Francesca 100% Estate Grown Syrah – Lake Chelan AVA Library Wine.

– Coq Au Vin – Chicken breast stuffed with mushroom, wrapped in bacon, served with roasted carrot, pea puree, potato robuchon, served with red wine reduction. Paired with 2012 Auberge 75% Syrah 25% Grenache Library Wine.

– Grape and Almond Tart – Buttery tart shell filled with almond frangipane and wine macerated grapes with a honey tuille. Paired with Courvoisier Cognac.
